The product can be returned only if the plug is not torn off from the upper part of the packaging (it will not be opened). The product in question must be sent to the company's address which is located in the "Store Information" along with the letter attached to the shipment. From the moment we receive the returned product, we will process the complaint and refund the money if the product has not been opened. Otherwise the product will be sent back to the sender's address
